I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

All orders are processed during business hours Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Once you place the order, we start to process it within 24 hours. If you place an order on the last day of the week, it will be processed on the first business day. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your package.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Yes. Ateaze will provide you with the tracking information once the item has been shipped.

 

THE ORDER I RECEIVED IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR IS IN THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR.

Please contact us at admin@ateaze.com. If the mistake was made on our part, we will pay for the return shipping and send you the right item as soon as possible.

 

THE ITEM THAT I HAVE RECEIVED IS DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please email us: admin@ateaze.com as soon as possible. We will coordinate and arrange for the return once approved. We will not receive any package without the RA number (Return Authorization) on the box, which will be provided by our service team. Ateaze does not accept or assume responsibility of any items damaged by the postal carriers.


I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date. We may provide you with a full refund or in store credit. However, you will have to pay for the return shipping and/or any other additional charges. The item must not be damaged and unworn. Original receipt and tags are required to make a return.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel your order, send an email to admin@ateaze.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped and we are still processing it, the pertinent rules in our exchange and return policy apply. Sales items are final, however, once they have been shipped.

ORDER AND PAYMENT
Ateaze accepts all major credit cards and debit visas. Our online shopping system will automatically direct you to our secured payment system. Ateaze­­ only accepts the orders made through our online shopping system. You will receive a confirmation email, when your order has been successfully processed.

 

AVAILABILITY

Ateaze will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the goods displayed are available. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

 

PRICE

Default prices are in US Dollar (USD). Ateaze reserves the right to vary prices and other details of the products without prior notice.

 

DELIVERY

When we receive your order and payment, we will process and send out the order within 1 business day. The status of your order will be in your order history. All items will be sent by Canada Post service. Ateaze does not guarantee the delivery time.

 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Ateaze, you are responsible for the original shipping charge to you, and the cost of returning the package to Ateaze. This amount will be subtracted from your purchase amount.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Products will be checked before delivery. Ateaze will accept returns for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of item delivery as long as the return item is in "brand new, unworn condition" and in the same condition it was when shipped out. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded, unless otherwise arranged. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay any re-shipping fee.
